We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For Indian customers: Payments are processed via Razorpay. By choosing this method, you agree to their terms of service as well.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled through our partner Shiprocket.
Estimated delivery times are between 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.
Sodion is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (health supplements/food items), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken.
Refunds are only processed for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
